Passive House Heat Recovery Systems

When you build a passive house, the design process entails

A designed and controlled building

Insulation and thermal envelopes

No thermal bridges

Air tightness.

And of course a heat recovery system.

This ensures the comfort of those living in the house

The heat recovery ventilation system will extract air from your house and will intake fresh air from outside.

Up to 90% of the heat from the extracted air is recovered.

Thus you will have fresh air continually which is heated by the extracted air. Fresh air is constantly being replenished giving a healthy environment

The air quality is always excellent

The level of dust is reduced so that people with allergies benefit greatly.

Dust mites are reduced.

For the system to run well it must be balanced and the air tightness must be at passive standards.
